There is a particular term for it and is known as guided meditations. Guided meditation is when one person or an entire group perform meditation under the guidance provided by a trained practioner. This can be face to face or through audio and video. People travel across oceans to take guidance from gurus and teachers who have already mastered this art. People see mediation as a means of healing. Mediation expands your mind, relaxes your body and improves your focus. Mediation has also been said to cure your body of diseases naturally. In india, gurus who meditate extensively have been seen to live upto hundred years.  Meditation makes you aware of yourself as well as the world around you. You start to read people’s auras and vibes and see the world in a different light all together. Mediation even helps to lower one’s temper and bring down the blood pressure.
